CIOME is an important meeting of representatives of the hydrocarbon, energy and mining sectors of Chad.

The 2011 edition will present the significant achievements at a time when the hydrocarbon, mining and energy sectors are working to support institutional consolidation and energy security, in particular with the construction of the Djermaya refinery and the cement factory in progress. These achievements and key reforms in these sectors are also critical for social progress.

CIOME 2011 will be the platform for business leaders, national and international institutions working in the field of hydrocarbon, energy and mining to present their technologies and know-how.

CIOME 2011 will allow leaders and experts from national and international companies to present their experience and discuss opportunities for cooperation and investment in the hydrocarbon, energy and mining sectors, in the light of achievements and reforms within Chad.

CIOME 2011 will allow executives in the hydrocarbon, energy and mining sectors and the scientific community, to discuss the latest developments in the financial sector with its impact on the projects and challenges related to technology, human resources, protection of the environment and globalization.
